Go to Settings → Objects. A vet clinic: the owner is the contact, each pet is an object with medical history, vaccines and next visit. Real estate: each property is an object with pricing, location, photos, status. A school: parents are contacts, students are objects. A repair shop: one contact, three vehicles.

How it looks in practice

In the video I open my own contact and go to Associations. My two children are there as objects, with birth dates, allergies, everything the business needs, without being contacts. You define every field the object needs, and it can be filled from a form.
